Character Beatrice Duffletin
Beatrice Duffletin Avant-garde fashionista spoiled by her father. Beatrice lives in a make believe bubble of the world as she sees it.
The daughter of the most powerful man in Hibernia, Beatrice lives a secluded life of her own making and aspires to travel the world on adventure and experience a life she has fantasized about for so long.
Life in the hibernid high society is an easy one where the wants and struggles of daily life is of no concern. Living a life with no challenges, it is common for the young hibernids enjoying this lifestyle to find strange hobbies to occupy their time.
With an interest in the arts and a father willing to supply her with whatever she needs in the name of culture, Beatrice lives a completely detached life from outside the confines of her secluded studio. Obsessed with illustrating abstract forms and figures through statues, painting and dress, Beatrice rarely makes a public appearance but when she does it is sure to create spectacle.
With her father an important figure, it follows that his daughter gets followed with interest by association, ignorant of this fact and fully immersed into her own ego, Beatrice believes that it is her expressive art that evokes interest for her public appearances.
With no friends outside of her clique of likeminded artists feeding into her delusions, Beatrice have barely any idea of how to act in public and attempts to hide away when approached directly. So strong is her social awkwardness that being being the center of attention outside of her art galleries can cause her to panic into the beserker state of the hibernids, leaving a blind destructive path in her wake with barely any reason to provoke this.
With the boredom of self seclusion and the trivialities of living in high society Beatrice yearns for more in life. She seeks to travel the world on adventures, reforging herself into a more experienced and adept person and perhaps overcome her own insecurities.
Her father may have his worries that his daughter isn't ready to face the dangers of Nivaria, though perhaps with her proclevity for unprovoked rampaging she will be among the greatest danger of them all.
