Kaspar Nicklebrand

With an eye for detail and aspirations of as much self-sufficiency within each colony he places, Kaspar works tirelessly in finding out the resources of the lands and locating the best sites for new colonies be founded to ensure that they will require as few imports as possible.


The nature of Kaspars work has Kasper often working out in the wilds for extended periods of time. Not letting this impact his work, Kaspar has had made his office a mobile home on sleds, carrying him across the lands of Nivaria and allowing him mark his maps on location ensuring the highest quality of his work. Never staying long in any location, Kaspar moves from site to site before returning and allocating land to the settlers seeking a new life in the cold.


As he travels around between all the settlements, Kaspar checks up on their situation and updates the noticeboards between settlements with the news that he carries around. Whether it is warnings, wanted posters or notices of jobs or birthdays, Kaspar sees it as his civic duty that those messages get around all the settlements in snow or hail no matter how big or small the news may be.
