Montgomery's stands out among his predecessors in office for having created the most uncontested in terms of opposition. Indeed when Montgomery issued his radical motion for the construction of an expensive museum for the creative arts and the opposition issued their veto against such frivolous spending, Montgomery accepted their veto and managed to singlehandedly beat them all into submission single-handedly.
