Roxelias

The fat dragonlord of the Floating Dragon Bazaars, Roxelias has a knack for keeping business floating and profits soaring.


Roxelias knows what he is in the eyes of others and make no efforts to hide it. Cladding his bloated frame with expensive robes, flashing his goldtoothed grin and with a golden eye decorated with a ruby iris that he carries in his scarred eye socket, Roxelias makes it obvious with his visage that he isn't running a charity operation.

And if his body didn't sell it, the interior of his floating abode would certainly do so. Known as the Draegaari estate, with spacious rooms constantly covered in a heavy mist of essence and mercenaries at every corner. Roxelias can often to be found at evenings in the central room reclining on a mound of pillows decorated with ember for him so bathe his large body in their glow while recounting the profits of the day.


Carrying a prosthetic eye made of gold has led to the rumor that Roxelias sold it and replaced it with gold so that he always has his eye set on gold.

Though as he tells the story himself, it is actually part of the only bad deal he has ever made.

"See here softskin friend and spread the tale among your fellow drumbellies, the hollow socket I have filled with gold as a reminder from the one time I made a deal with the wrong party. When you see the mists run in from the coast and feel a chill run up your spine, know that if you find a ship of ice floating out of it know that it was I that commissioned it on behalf of a long time loyal customer, or so I thought, and that this lost eye was how he paid me for it so long ago."
