A celestial wonderland of captivating allure, adorned with an undulating expanse of glistening ice. Towering peaks and majestic glaciers carve intricate patterns on the frozen canvas. Inhabitants, resilient and connected to the ice, craft gravity-defying structures.

The tongue and writtings of the Chelonics are a mystery to even the most dedicated scholar, yet the dragonkin seem to have no trouble communicating with these creatures though they share nothing communicated between them claiming it to be lost in translation or not for the ears of strangers.

Whatever these creatures tell, this specific creature known to outsiders simply as the Bazaar Advisor to outsiders has an elevated status as the main advisor to the Master of the Bazaar, giving his cryptic speeches for him to consider on almost any issue.

Whatever this creature tells, it is obvious that it carries immense importance for the dragonid leaders in guiding his decision-making. Listening to his every word with an attentive display and giving it seemingly much consideration every time he is in contact with outsiders to the bazaard, some speculate that he actually the real master though none of the draconid traders agree to this accusation.
